Wow, 2 more days will be 3 weeks since we got the keys to our home. A lot had been done, but it's far from being moving in. We are making decisions along the way, some decisions are being remade as we go, such as renovating the kitchen, getting new appliances, etc. I want to work on every corner of the house ourselves. It's a miraculous feeling to work on it carefully, with patience, building this home with Kevin. In the future when we look back, I would enjoy the home even better because of the hard work we put into it ourselves.
It's gonna be almost 2 weeks since we are home owner. Every time I walk into the house, I feel happy! I feel happy to have this place to start our family from. I really thank God for this place! He really gave us this gift! Even though it's tiring and makes my back sore every night, I still look forward to each night after work working on the house. As of right now, we are moving furnitures to the garage area and basement where we'll be tiling later, and we are ripping out the carpets. Even though we might be finding new surprises almost every time we rip out the carpet, we still thank God for giving us the strength and wisdom in handling them. I can't wait to have this place done and move in with Kevin! I can't wait to build a family there and seeing our babies grow!

ok, so at work we were in a meeting, and this guy was sitting at the main table, while I'm behind him. He used his pen to clean his ears. He started with one ear, scoop something out, clean the pen with his hand, then went for his other ear. That was disgusting! But i guess that's one way how you can be sure that one one steals your pen from your desk!
I often get to the point of thinking what am i doing at work, why am i here? There are times that I enjoy working, those are the days that carry me through week by week; but there are also times that I get so stressful, mostly from people and work that I do not feel comfortable doing, those are the days that carry me through minute by minute. Headaches, stress, pain. This is when I evaluate if it's worth it to take it another 1.5 years just to get the financial bonus. I find myself ready to be a mom, but the only thing that is keeping me from being a mom is my job? It sounds silly, but that's the truth. I see myself getting older and older each day, I see myself wanting to pursue my career goal (which hopefully comes after my kid(s) grow up a little), but yet I choose delay to have kids, to do something that I really want to do. 1.5 years may not be a long time, but it's not short either. Is it really worth it?
